Ishine Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of services by iShine Valeting ("we," "us," or "our") to you, the client ("you" or "your"). By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Requirements

Access to Utilities: We require access to an electrical supply for our extension leads to efficiently carry out work on your vehicle.

Vehicle Assessment: A full vehicle assessment will be completed prior to commencing any work. We will note any existing cosmetic damage on both the interior and exterior of the vehicle.

Heavy Soiling Surcharge: If the vehicle's interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit, or anything beyond standard dirt, an additional charge will be applied. Please notify us when booking if any of these conditions are applicable to avoid unexpected charges.
3. Payments

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major payment methods, including Card, BACs (Bank Transfer), or Cash.

Payment Due: Full payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the job.

Invoicing & Late Payment: Any invoices will be emailed directly to you. Payments are required to be made within 7 working days of the invoice date. Failure to make payment within this period will result in a 10% charge being applied for each outstanding week.
4. Deposits & Cancellations

Deposits Required: For new bookings, and any bookings that are scheduled for half a day or longer, we require a deposit of 20% of the total booking value.

Deposit Non-Refundable: Deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling: If we have to reschedule your booking due to adverse weather conditions (which can impact detailing quality) or any unforeseen emergencies on our part, your deposit will be transferred to a re-booked appointment.

Client Cancellations: Any cancellations made by the client that do not meet our criteria, or without sufficient prior notification, may result in the full booking charge being due and payable.
5. Insurance & Location Requirements

Full Insurance: We are fully insured to work on all types of vehicles, ensuring your vehicle is in the safest possible hands.

Location Restrictions: Please be aware that our insurance does not cover us to work on roadside locations or in public car parks. We must have a safe driveway or a secure, shared drive to carry out our services. It is your responsibility to ensure a suitable location is available.

Alternative Arrangements: Please discuss any concerns regarding location requirements with us at the time of booking. Alternative arrangements can be made where possible to accommodate your needs safely and legally.

Experience & Standards: With over 12 years of dedicated experience, we assure you your vehicle will be treated with the utmost care and left to the highest of standards.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we exercise extreme care, iShine Valeting cannot be held responsible for unforeseen damage or pre-existing conditions that become apparent during the detailing process. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the cost of the service provided.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
